About the job
My husband and I are looking for a confident and caring nanny for our 7-month-old daughter while we work. Our nanny should be comfortable to reach out if needed but should feel confident enough to handle most situations on their own. I do work from home but I will be hiding in my office as not to de disruptive. We are strictly looking for child care and do not need assistance with running errands or any other housekeeping matters. We have two cats that can be shy. A typical day for us currently is a three nap schedule. We go by her wake widows which are 2/2. 5/2. 5/3. We usually put her down for a nap around 8, 11-12ish, and 3-4ish. Our sweet girl loves, walks, books, and playing on the floor. She is formula fed but we do a mix of BLW and purees. We ideally hope to find someone that enjoys coming to work and loves being with our girl!
