The ideal candidate would be seeking a long-term family (1 year or more), thrives on routines and schedules, enjoys creating engaging activities for toddlers, and is comfortable managing household tasks. Experience with epilepsy or children with disabilities is a plus, as our 2-year-old daughter has epilepsy, which is currently controlled by medication.
