Summer Nanny For 7-10 Month Old

My husband and I are looking for a nanny starting in May until our son starts daycare in August. He will be 7 months old to start. We both work from home mostly but may go into the office from time to time. We are in zoom meetings for most of the day and therefore unable to care for our son during working hours. Nanny must have experience with babies in the 6-12 month range. We keep our son on a regular nap and feeding schedule that we would like followed. We try to help our son learn and hit milestones by engaging with him throughout his wake windows. We feel it's important to interact with him by playing, singing, laughing and talking with him. Our son's interests change regularly at his age but he's a very smiley and giggly baby and loves playing and interacting. Previous experience with babies in the 6-12 month range and familiarity with milestones. Able to bottle feed as well as feed purees and finger foods. We have a driveway Our family includes a 25lbs dog. She is very anxious so we will keep her in our offices with us most of the time.
