Nanny Needed For 3 Children In Hanover

Hello! We are looking for a nanny for our three daughters -- ages 7, 7, and 3. We need afternoon care -- 12:15-5:15 M-F. We occasionally need morning care (6:30-8:15). A typical afternoon -- arrive at our home, throw in a load of kid laundry, drive our car (2021 Toyota Sienna) to preschool pick up. Put her down for a nap, finish up laundry, prep/pack lunches, and snack for the kids. Head to school pick up (bike, walk, or drive) and play with the kids. Help kids unload, wash lunchboxes and repack. We guarantee pay and expect reliable and trustworthy care. We have had a nanny as an important part of our family for the last 5 years. We want to find someone who will build long term connections with our kids. Ideally, we would love to find someone with flexibility to put in longer days in the event of a snow day or school closure.
