Looking for someone take care of our infant during the workday in our home while mom WFH starting in December when baby is 6 months old. Schedule is W, Th, 8-4 with some flexibility on start and end times, switching to 3 days a week in March. The position will run to end of June/early July 2025 when baby reaches about a year old and is fully weaned. We are looking for someone who is open to a fully on-the-books role. Benefits: 1 week of PTO for the contract duration of December-June. If the contract is extended, an additional week will be provided totalling 2 weeks/year. Guaranteed hours. That is, for times when we don't need coverage (i. e. vacations and holidays) you'll still be paid for your regular hours. Paid 30 minute break each day you are working.
