2. 5-year-old girl. Just requires being occupied with activities indoor/outdoor. Learning activities. Being fed. 3-month-old. Just needs to be fed, cleaned, rested Ideal day looks like. You arrive around 10-11 a.m. feed the kids lunch, oldest sleeps around 1230-1 p.m. for 1-2 hours. In the meantime you only need to focus on baby which will probably also sleep for a bit. At which point you can focus on cleaning up house a bit, getting activities ready for when oldest wakes up. When they get up have oldest doo activities while also tending to baby which may need to be fed, cleaned, held. Around 4-5 p.m. you're just waiting for parent to arrive. Most of the time mother will be there during the time you're helping to assist with kids and housekeeping. Shell be working from home for most of the time and occasionally head out to run an errand
