Afterschool Sitter For Easy Going 8yo

Looking for someone to get our 8yo daughter off the bus and stay with her until I get home at 4ish. She's pretty easy going and would just need a snack and maybe do an activity or play a game. We have two large dogs and you would need to be comfortable around them. Her interests are Minecraft, art, typical 3rd grade things, riding bikes, playing with stuffies. She will just need someone to be there for her. She's a fairly independent 8yo, but is still too young to be home by herself. Looking for someone who is fun? kind, patient, and allows children to come around to them without being overbearing or strict. We have two dogs, sheepadoodle and border collie. Both are friendly and needy, but tend to be pretty tired by the afternoon.
