About the job
Our son is 15 with cognitive disabilities; he's behaviorally ~6, and a bit undersized, so he appears pre-teen. He's becoming more communicative & conversational. While he definitely takes your full attention, he's compliant and anyone that works with him says he's a joy. We need a few overnights in particular, but it'd be great to also have help on alternating Monday or Wednesday afternoons, or an occasional Friday morning. Cooking guidance for him to make meals. Some housekeeping as part of helping him learn to clean his space. Guidance for basic self care. Skiing, snow biking, mountain biking, paddle boarding, gardening, cooking. Rare screen time. Rare but potential need for administering seizure inhalant, or EpiPen for stings. Behavioral psychology/positive reinforcement. Energetic & patient Off street parking. Friendly cat
