Part Time Regular Babysitter/Nanny Needed For Two Kids

I am looking for a regular babysitter/nanny to take care of my 7 1/2-year-old and 5 1/2-year-old twice a week* over the summer while I'm at work. I work at a medical billing office in Concord Mon-Thurs from 9am-2 p.m. I'm looking for someone from 8:40am-2:15 p.m. two days per week (specific days are negotiable as my in laws will be taking the kids two days and a sitter will cover the other two days I work) (*you may have less days/weeks during the month of July as I will have my parents helping with childcare) My 7 1/2-year-old daughter is a bubbly, fun little girl who loves crafts and all things girly. She is an excellent helper with her little brother and is a pretty easy kid to take care of :) My 5 1/2 yr old son is Autistic so he does have a few special needs. He is currently not potty trained and is still in diapers (we will be working on potty training over the summer so he will need some help with remembering to go potty and using the bathroom). Experience in Special Ed or special needs would be helpful but is not required for this job. We have a 3-year-old mix breed dog. You won't be required to do any pet care, but she does have free range of the house so being comfortable around dogs is a must (she's VERY friendly and loves people so if you're a dog lover, you'll get along great!)
