Our3-year-old son is full of energy and curiosity. My Mother was our full-time caregiver for him until recently when she had a decline in her health. We're looking for somebody we can trust with our boy to keep him safe, healthy, (and ideally happy if possible). Our schedules can be flexible- though we do both work early in the morning.
