Seeking A Nanny With Excellent References

We are looking for a nanny with excellent references to care for our 1-year-old and soon to be newborn. This person needs to be able to accept feedback and follow instructions. We require someone who can communicate effectively with us. Our child's safety is our #1 priority and we need someone who truly understands this. We are looking for someone who is proactive (restocks diapers/wipes, puts away toys, cleans up the changing table area). This person will do laundry once a week for our child(ren) and cooking and cleaning up breakfast/lunch daily. Frequent bottle washing will be required once our newborn is here.
