I need a babysitter for the weekends. My schedule is flexible. It could be set hours, or we can work it out weekend to weekend. It may be just Saturday or Sunday or both days. I need someone 4 to 8 hours a day. Hours are very flexible, but I do need someone who would come every weekend at least one day. My son is on the spectrum, he is very social, very good eye contact and reacts to conversation, but he is non-verbal. I can stay with the nanny the first several days to show her what works and how to engage with my son. $25 to $30 an hour. Nanny needs to take my son to playgrounds or for a ride. He is also potty training right now.
