Ideal candidate is someone who is attentive, and works efficiently. Enjoys a fast pace and enjoys completing a task as much as being with the children. We need help with dinner. Direction cleaning up after themselves and prepping clothes and lunch for the next day. Bedtime routine including bath and stories. They like FUN! Arts, crafts, dancing, riding bikes/scooters, camping, swimming, gardening board games, books, movies (not our priority though). They're really good at imaginary play. They like getting their nails and hair done. Possible help with spelling words, scripture memory, and learning exercises. Directions would be provided. With a newborn on the way any support for mother's needs would be helpful in the area of organization, household duties, meal prep as needed etc.
