Need someone to care for our kids while we are working. Mother has full time job Monday-Thursday and is out of the house 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. most days. Father works from home and is opening an online business that will require him to travel a fair amount overseas in the near future. We want to give our children as much consistency as possible so that when their father has to leave on business it does not disrupt their day to day lives too much. We do not have any family close by so relying on grandparents when he is out of town is not an option. Our ideal caregiver would be someone who is creative and kind and has a lot of energy. Weather permitting, we would like the kids to play outside at least once a day. We have a couple of parks within walking distance. Arts and crafts and educational games as well as preparing healthy snacks and meals
