During the school year, the hours will be lighter. I may need assistance with someone greeting the kids as they get home from school and maybe starting dinner. I may need someone to be home with them if they fall ill. During holidays and summer time, I will need care for my kids while I work. My kids love being out in nature and they like being active so someone who enjoys the outdoors would be important. My kids are active and I have one with ADHD so I would need someone that is used supervising multiple children especially active children. I would also like someone who is very empathetic and patient.
