We are looking for a nanny for our newborn when I have to return to work, so baby will be roughly 3 months old. I have to go back to work mid-July. We will have a 2-year-old as well but planning to keep him in daycare so looking just for full-time, Monday-Friday care while I'm at work for new baby. We do have two dogs at home so that may be a little adjustment as well.
