Nanny Needed For My Children In Omaha.

Hi there!! I am an overnight RN at Hospital. I have two girls, age 13 (almost 14) and 10. I work 3, (sometimes 4?) days a week. I am looking for someone (possibly a college student?) to come stay with my kids while I'm at work from the hours of 6pm-12 a.m. on school nights. They typically start their bedtime routine around 9-9:30 and in bed at 10. I just want to make sure they stay in bed & they have the comfort of knowing someone is still there while they are falling asleep. Our current situation just is not working out. I wouldn't mind a college student, I would be ok if you did your homework. I just want somewhere there to make sure they are sticking to their proper bed time routines!! Its difficult to manage at work over online, especially when I'm busy and cant call them at all.
