Backup Care, Flexible Schedule

We are looking for a backup caregiver for our son who is almost 2 years old. We would like someone who can fill in when our caregiver is on vacation, has a sick day, etc. So, sometimes scheduling could be in advance and sometimes would be less notice for instance for illness. Flexible timing during daytime weekday hours. I can work with someone for coverage for my work meetings that also works for their schedule. My husband and I work from home. Our ideal caregiver would be experienced in caring for toddlers.
