Searching For Full Time Nanny For Our Sweet Baby Girl!

We are looking for a full time nanny for our daughter (1-year-old) in Lincoln. As for our family/work, my husband and I are each physicians. My work will primarily be four days of clinic per week with 8-10 weeks of hospital coverage per year. Given the nature of medicine is unpredictable, we are looking for a nanny who is flexible with hours (sometimes will need to stay a little later/arrive a little earlier), but will primarily be needed from 8-5. We are hoping to hire for long term and to have someone who will be there with us as our family grows! And who our daughter can have a safe and loving relationship with too. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping, and prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree.
