My working hours are very irregular so I need someone who is available on an as needed basis. I need help approximately 4-5 times per month. If I work a day shift, then I need someone from 12-5 (wait for bus to drop off my youngest at 12:15, then pick up the older 2 from elementary school at 3:30). If I work a swing shift, then I need someone from about 2-6 (still doing elementary pickup at 3:30). On occasion I may need help driving kids to after school activities. I will compensate for drive time and gas.
