The ideal candidate should be passionate about child development, attentive, and experienced with infants. Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities (sensory play, motor skill exercises). Read books and foster a love for learning through storytelling and interactive play. Ensure positive, nurturing environment at all times. Light tidying up related to childcare (cleaning up toys, baby's dishes, etc.) Communicate effectively about the baby's daily activities and milestones.
