My wife, Kari, and I are looking for overnight help. We currently have a great nanny that helps us out on some days and evenings, but we need some overnight help. We do not know the specific schedule so we are open to discussion. Our son is currently 13 weeks old and we're looking for somebody who can help sleep train and also advise and teach us on some things!
