We are seeking a compassionate and responsible babysitter/nanny to provide attentive and loving care to our 14-month daughter. Following are some key responsibilities for this position. 1. Ensure the safety and well-being of the child at all times. 2. Maintain a consistent daily schedule including meal prep (assisting), meals, playtime, and educational activities. 3. Engage the child in developmental activities, such as reading, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and educational games. 4. Perform light household chores related to childcare, such as cleaning feeding bottles, after meals, organizing toys, maintaining a tidy play area, and weekly laundry. 5. Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on the child's activities, behavior, and any concerns.
