Babysitter Needed For One Kiddo

We are looking for a babysitter/respite caregiver for our son here in Fargo. He is 7 yrs old and is on the autism spectrum. This requires some knowledge and understanding. We would prefer someone who has some experience working with kiddos with more complex needs. Our son is tender hearted and fun to hang out with!! His preferred activities are Minecraft, art, tinkering, swimming and exploring nature. He tends to respond/connect better with people who are willing to approach him with a calm/steady demeanor. We would like to plan for a minimum of 10 hrs of care per week. We can be pretty flexible for days and times of care. We would prefer someone who has their own form of transportation, non smoking and comfortable around pets. Pay will be between $15-$18 hr. Pay: $15. 00-$18. 00
