Hi! I'm Melissa, mom to six kids under 12! My husband and I are both Realtors, and looking for a full-time nanny to take care our our identical twin boys (currently 22 months) and household during the week. Our four oldest, (12, 10, 9 & 7) are independent, in school and very busy with activities - they won't be needing care, but might be around from time-to-time when there is a day off from school, etc. Our current nanny of two years is relocating is looking to hire someone full time and for hopefully the next couple of years.
