Exciting Opportunity for a Full-Time Family Assistant in Winston-Salem! We're seeking an experienced, warm, and proactive Full-Time Family Assistant to support a wonderful family in Winston-Salem, NC with two young children, ages 4 and 2. This family is looking for someone who will grow with them and provide both childcare and household support. If you love working with children and enjoy staying organized, this is the perfect fit! Position Details: - Start Date: May 2025 - Schedule: Monday: 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. | Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. | Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. | Thursday: 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week! - Pay: $25-$30/hour | Guaranteed $45, 000-$54, 600 annually - Hours: 35 hours guaranteed weekly, with flexibility to go up to 40 hours - Benefits: 10 Paid Vacation Days & 10 Sick & Personal Days (accrued) Key Responsibilities Include: - Thoughtful, developmentally appropriate care for the children - Preparing nutritious meals and snacks - Managing children's laundry, belongings, and play areas - Transporting children to school and activities - Assisting with errands, light tidying, pantry organization, and meal prep - Feeding the family cat and managing vendor communications - Supporting the overall flow of the household with initiative and care What We're Looking For: - Experience with multiple children - High energy, safety-conscious, and hands-on - Proactive, organized, and calm under pressure - Communicative and dependable - Willing to commit long-term If you're an experienced and reliable caregiver who loves working with children and enjoys helping families stay organized, we would love to hear from you!
