Mom Needs Extra Hands! Nanny For Afternoon/evenings While Dad Travels!

Hi! We are a family of four with two little girls (20 months and 2 months) and a 8-year-old chocolate lab. Dad will be traveling 3 weeks out of the month mostly 4 days a week (sometimes 5) and mom needs help in the afternoons while she works during nap (1-4pm) and after naptime, playing with the girls, helping with dinner, bath time and bedtime. Mom just needs extra hands during these evening hours! We are looking for someone who is reliable, somewhat flexible and fun! Mom is also looking for someone who can help with light housework - keep up with dishes and maybe laundry while the girls nap in the afternoons and be a part of our family! Our oldest loves to play outside and it's pretty active. We are looking for someone who can play with her around dinner time and assist with bath time or dinner. We are not looking for someone to do all these tasks alone but just to help mom so she's able to manage the household while Dad is traveling during the week.
