We are looking for a great nanny for our 5mo old daughter. We also have 3 older kids as well (who are in school all day) and a golden retriever. At this stage, our baby is not quite napping consistently yet during the day but we're working on it and will need your help getting her into a routine! She's a super smiley baby, and a joy to play with, but both parents work in our home so it's time we bring in reinforcements.
