About the job
We are a two lawyer household seeking a nanny to become part of our village by loving and caring for our three children, ages 9, 6, and 4 months. This is a full time (40 hour/week), long term (18 month minimum) position. Well-qualified candidates will have: - 10+ years working with children - 2+ years full-time nanny experience - Infant experience (as young as 4 months) - Experience caring for 3 or more children at one time - Infant CPR/first aid and SIDS certifications (or willingness to obtain) - Outstanding references - Minimum 4 year degree preferred - Professional appearance - Excellent communication skills - Familiarity with infant development and milestones - Genuine love of working with children - Comfortable with dogs - Ability to handle simple meal preparation and light household tasks like putting away toys
