Special Needs Caregiver For One Child (16 Years Old)

I am looking for a reliable caregiver for my 16-year-old daughter with cerebral palsy in the afternoons (3:15-7:30) on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and some portion of the day on Sunday. Must have valid driver's license, CPR certification and a reliable car. The job will mostly entail picking her up from school and either taking her to activities such as speech, PT or tutoring or hanging out with her at our house. She is funny, bright and very social. Uses a wheelchair and communication device, needs assistance with all ADLs. She would love someone who is into imaginative play and likes talking about celebrity gossip and cute boys.
