About the job
I am looking for someone who is flexible and can work with me on random times. My daughter's father passed away back in January and it has been really rough. She is in therapy and has been for about a year now. I need someone who can be a listening ear, can be empathetic and understanding about his passing. We have an above ground swimming pool that you can use at any time. She knows how to swim but I still don't want her out there alone. Also my daughter likes to play American Girl dolls over at her other Grandma's house. Obviously you would really need to hit it off with my daughter. She is 9 years old and extremely smart. I want someone to be there for A, be good buddies but still have her mind and listen to them. There is a need for daytime hours as well as some weekend evenings.
