Flexible Babysitter/recurring Nanny Needed For 1 Baby In Wilmington.

Hi! I am looking for a recurring weekend sitter for my 5-month-old baby. I am a bartender so my schedule is somewhat inconsistent- I typically go in at 7 p.m. and can get out at midnight but can also get out at 3 a.m. so I need a flexible night owl. I am looking for someone to come to our home to sit- I do have an elderly dog that wouldn't require any maintenance but he will be sharing the space :) My daughter is very non-temperamental for the most part and is not crawling yet so she is pretty easy! She is kind of a night owl so she typically goes down for the night about midnight. I have a comfy couch and a guest room so you can relax when she's asleep. I'm starting at $16 hour and will bump it to $20 an hour after midnight.
