Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Wilmington

I work from home however I work in a call center, and they are extremely strict about being on the phones and I will not be able to watch my baby and be with her as attentively as I'd like. I'm looking for a nanny who can come 3 days a week (the days will vary but will be Tuesday-Friday, my day off is random but you will know ahead of time what 3 days you will be needed, I usually know my schedule for the next 3-4 weeks) you need to be comfortable with the fact I will be in the home, in my office but I do get 3 breaks during my day where I'll be around (two 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch break). We have 3 dogs, and a cat so must also be comfortable with animals. This is my first baby, and she will be about 2 months old when I have to go back to work.
