Personal Assistant/Nanny/Household Manager: Seeking organized, warm professional for busy family of 5. Role combines childcare (kids 8, 10, 14), household management, and personal assistant duties. Hours: 2:30-8 p.m. (3 days/week) + 10 flexible PA hours. Occasional overnight stays. Duties: After-school care, kid's activities, meal prep, errands, laundry, organizing, light cleaning, scheduling. Must have reliable vehicle. Required: Childcare/PA experience, clean driving record, excellent organization/communication skills. Looking for proactive, humble self-starter. Pay: $20-27/hour DOE.
