Full Time Nanny - 6 Month Old

My wife and I are looking for a nanny to care for our 6-month-old little girl, L. I work away from home and my wife works from home. We have a small dog and a cat as well, but they do not require any additional care. We are looking for someone that can be full time and is looking for a more permanent position. We plan to transition into daycare in the next few years but plan to utilize a nanny up until then and as we transition. L. is sweet and loving, and is growing up fast. She has a great personality and loves to "talk." We are looking for someone who can take care of her daily needs, help with meeting learning and development goals, and minor house keeping - almost all in relation to upkeep with L.
