My wife and I have a 3-month-old girl and we are looking for a nanny. I work away from home and my wife works from home. My wife works downstairs and can/will be completely separate for a majority of the day, with small interactions during lunch/breaks, but ideally want to keep things as separate as possible, especially as she gets older. We have a miniature dachshund and a cat. Our dachshund is protective but warms up quickly and is loving to anyone she knows. We are first time parents and looking for someone with experience and ability to do light cleaning if possible.
