Full-Time Nanny For 3 Month-Old Infant

At the time we would need a nanny, our daughter H will be about 3 months old. She will be accompanied at home by our 7-year-old dog, Winston. He not aggressive and has always been very good with people and kids, he actually prefers people over other animals (ha!). The most important thing we are looking for in a nanny is someone who will love and take care of our daughter as if it were us home with her. We are trying to avoid daycare to be able to keep her in her own environment and on a schedule we can keep track of. We also have an (almost) 4-year-old son, H, who will be in camp over the summer. He goes to preschool during the school year. Before starting preschool we kept him home with my grandmother, but she is getting older and we worry about her caring for an infant. My husband and I have flexible schedules, so although we're assuming we'll need childcare Tuesday-Friday, that could be changed based on your individual needs as a nanny as well! We value communication and are willing to work with anyone willing to work with us! We just ask for open and honest communication in advance so we can arrange a change in our work schedules or time off to arrange alternative childcare. Lastly, I live on a large property with other family members who work from home during the day (my mom and brother). They are easily accessible for questions, help, or if an emergency were to occur. Nonetheless, this job will take place in the privacy of my own home!
