Part Time Nanny

Have 2 boys (10 months and 2. 5) and pregnant with my 3rd due in June. Looking for someone who can help during the week. My husband and I both work from home but need someone consistent in case there is an appointment or work meeting one of us needs to leave for. Also, the occasional date night. Looking for someone who can prep kids food, nap time, light cleaning during nap time (empty dishwasher if clean, put folded kids clothes away, let dogs out, clean up toys after kids play with them). I like to minimize tv time and would like most of the time spent to be play, crafts or learning. I will need someone consistent that can be here through the adjustment time with a new baby ( 1 year +). May also need someone who can pet sit while away if we need you to - we have 2 Pomeranians and 3 outdoor/ indoor cats.
