About the job
We are seeking a part-time nanny/house manager in Waxhaw (near Ballantyne). Tues/Fri 9am-3 p.m. preferred but days are flexible. We have a 4 and 1-year-old. The ideal candidate would be warm/caring, highly engaged with the children, and safety-minded. They would help with household tasks (laundry, toy organization, cleaning after the kids, load/empty dishwasher, light meal prep, stocking diapers/wipes, grocery shopping, errands, getting cars serviced, etc). CPR/first aid certification required, experience with toddlers preferred, guaranteed 12 hours plus weekend hours 1-2 times per month, prorated 2 weeks of paid PTO + 1 paid week for winter holiday, 3 paid sick days, Paid major holidays, Pay while family is away, Paid mileage (Driving on the job, not to and from work), Annual performance-based bonus
