About the job
Waxhaw family needs a part-time nanny/house manager. We would like someone who could help out with light housekeeping, odd jobs, and errands when not with the kids so this would be a mixed nanny/house manager role. 20-25 hours a week and our schedule may vary. We would like someone who could also do weekend babysitting once or twice per month. The ideal candidate would be warm and caring, able to balance the needs of two children, and view themselves as a teacher as well as a caregiver. They would be highly engaged with the children, safety minded, and knowledgeable of (or open to learning) gentle parenting approaches.
