About us: A 1-year-old boy and1-year-old girl -- they are sweet, social, active, and on the move! Both take naps, but their schedules are a bit different. When: Consistent 2-3 days per week (approximately 15 hours each week). Location: I work from home and am always willing to help if need be. Compensation: $25/hour (split between both families) We are looking for someone who: -is reliable, caring, and energetic -has childcare experience with toddlers and multiples -can commit to a consistent, long-term schedule with some flexibility with hours -feed bottles, snacks, and lunch (must be comfortable with food allergies) -engage the little ones in developmentally appropriate activities -light household clean-up -comfortable with dogs -can share references -willing to sign a nanny share agreement
