Seeking Long-Term, Kind, And Professional Nanny For 6-Month-Old Baby

We are looking for a kind, professional, and reliable nanny to care for our daughter, who is currently 4 months old, someone who is passionate about child development and can commit to a long-term role (1+ year), nurturing, energetic, and enthusiastic about creating developmentally appropriate activities to support our babys growth. We want someone who is an excellent communicator and can collaborate with us to ensure our childs well-being. Our daughter has a stable routine of playing, eating, and sleeping that rotates every 2 hours. We focus on exploration and play during her wake periods with different activities. She is practicing gross motor skills. She loves seeing the pictures in books and music/singing. I am a nurse and my husband works from home. We need someone roughly 27 hours a week from 8:30-5:30 during the week.
