Looking For Reliable Nanny/Housekeeper

Looking for a long term nanny for two 1. 5-year-old twins who is also willing to do some light housekeeping. I'm a stay-at-home mom and I love spending time with the kids but there are always chores to get done so I am looking for someone who can help me with the house and general upkeep like some light cleaning, laundry, dishes etc., or if I need to run out of the house, to keep an eye on the kids. I'm also pregnant and due in January so looking for someone who can help after the baby comes with possible meal prep., as well as duties listed above. I basically need another me around! They are non-screen babies so nanny duties would include, reading, and playing with them/generally engaging with them. This would be a full time position. Must be comfortable with dogs - we have german shepherds.
