Experience with caring for infants. Flexible and structured activities are fine, but needing to engage during wake windows. Understanding that trust is a huge component. Also willing to understand breastfeeding journey of baby and communicating with parents if any challenges occur with bottle feeding but knowing that approval has to be given before any other alternatives. Open communication is a must and respect, as we will do the same for you.
