we have a 8-month-old. my wifes schedule varies and I have long work days. we need someone whos willing to take care of our child and someone we can trust. my wife does work nights occasionally and I do have to get up early. so someone whos willing to move in full time would be great. just the nanny. no kids, friends, animals or loved ones
