Nanny For 3.5-Year-Old With Speech Delay

We are seeking a patient, reliable, and caring nanny for our 3. 5-year-old son, who has a speech delay. He is very sweet and independent; he just doesn't care to talk much! Provide and/or facilitate activities (some may be pre-planned) to encourage learning and engagement. Prepare or serve pre-planned meals, considering his food aversions. Clean up after meals and activities. Create a nurturing and supportive environment to promote speech development. Comfortable with two small senior dogs (no pet care required). Father works nights and will be resting during the day, but noise levels are not a concern. Child has the top floor to himself, providing plenty of space for play and activities. Not required to stay upstairs just based on your comfortability.
