I have a 12-week-old daughter that we'd like to hire a nanny for. I go back to work on March 3rd. I'd like someone who is available to keep her at my home where she has everything she needs. I work a bit of a weird schedule so start times will vary, but end time will remain the same. Most weeks will be 3 days, but once a month will be 5 days.
