About the job
We are a busy and active family in search of a new in home caregiver for our son. He has a rare genetic disorder that causes a developmental and intellectual delay, so anyone with special needs experience, or an OT/PT would be amazing! He is fed via a G-Tube. Expierence in this would be amazing, but it is super easy to learn and we can teach anyone. Because of his needs, his caregiver will be a CAP worker and paid through a payroll service. This is a W-2 position and you will be given a background check. This position is 40 hours a week. Pay is anywhere from $17-$21/hr, based on experience and qualifications. There are PTO days as well. He has several appointments for his needs, some local and some in Charlotte. These include PT, OT, feeding, orthopedic adjustments, music therapy, and more.
