Temporary On-Call Babysitting Gig: Earn $500+ Per Week January 2 - March 29 Are you looking for a flexible, short-term opportunity to earn reliable income while making a difference for local families? TLC Family Care is seeking a dependable caregiver for a 3-month gig starting January 2 to provide on-call childcare in family homes. This job is perfect for an artist, writer or a student taking online classes. There will be several days where you do not have a shift and get paid $100 not to work, but when we do have a shift, we expect you to go! Availability: Monday-Friday, between 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Work in Multiple Family Homes: You'll work for a variety of wonderful families throughout the week. Shift Length: Typically 8-9 hours/day (on-call basis) $17/hour for assigned shifts (minimum $100 per day) $100 flat rate for on-call days when no shifts are assigned Minimum guaranteed $500 per week January-March 2025 Travel: Must be willing to take shifts within a 20-mile radius. Same-day assignments may be offered early in the morning. Responsibilities: Provide attentive, nurturing care for children of various ages in family homes. Create a safe and engaging environment for children. Be flexible and responsive to last-minute scheduling needs. Requirements: Must commit to the full 3-month period. Reliable transportation to travel within 20 miles. Available Monday-Friday, during the required hours. Experience in childcare with 3 verifiable references.
