About the job
I only am looking for three days a week. I will try for the days to be the same but they are not garnered. I do have my schedule 6 weeks in advance so I am able to let you know what I will be needing. Along with this some weeks she will go to her grandparents/dads so I won't need you even those three days BUT I will still pay you the three days each week. As those days are short notice normally I will always guarantee your money even if I don't need you.
